Galileo applications are not only compatible with all the major browsers
on all the major platforms, they also deliver consistent appearance
and behavior across the board. HTML/JavaScript-based frameworks are at the mercy of
a web browser's implementation and are generally inconsistent in their
appearance and behavior requiring special browser-specific logic throughout
the application or the caveat that the application only works with a specific browser.
Galileo applications have been tested and verified to look and behave identically on the
